Will Wuhan pneumonia erupt again in China? According to media reports, many experts in China and abroad are predicting another outbreak in China, and more serious than the last time. This news is bad news not only for China, but also bad for the whole world.

One of the indications is the recent effort by the Chinese government to blame the others for the responsibility. To protect his leadership status, Xi Jinping began to order his propaganda agencies to blame the other countries for spreading the Wuhan coronaviruses to China. In addition to his 50 cents police army on the Internet, Chinese Communist officials including the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have begun to participate in this war. Although it is true that the qualities of the Chinese Communist diplomats are getting worse and worse, yet under the premise that the facts are so clear, this kind of brain damaged framing of others for the responsibility should not be a normal response of normal people, but a decision made by the highest leadership.

Of course, this brain-damaged behavior may not be really due to brain damage. If something goes in a strange way, there must be a demon that caused it. This demon is the fooling of a large number of brain-damaged young inside China. The recent Wuhan Pneumonia has caused a lot of anguish with the Chinese people, and the anger has focused on the Communist regime and Xi Jinping. Taking to the neighbors' fields as a release of guilt can at least fool a large number of damaged brains and reduce the pressure on the Communist regime.

This proves that the Communist regime under the leadership of Xi Jinping has not taken the prevention of the spread of epidemics as a top priority and did not regard human life as the first priority. Instead, it focused on the defense of the regime with a price of sacrificing the lives of ordinary Chinese. When psychological pressure has eased, some people's vigilance will also decline. The interaction between the two is the condition for the human calamity of the next outbreak.

Recently, the Chinese Communist regime is forcefully making people return to work to save its economy. Experts repeatedly warned that crowd gathering would cause another outbreak, but the Communist regime chooses its economy over the lives of the Chinese people. That is because the advisors of Xi Jinping believe that when the economy collapses, the Communist regime would collapse, then Xi Jinping could not continue to be the emperor he has finally become. It would be more important to keep his throne than save lives of ordinary Chinese, therefore of course Xi Jinping chose economy.

Usually when someone is ill at home, the whole family would first use all their resources to cure the illness, except for a few brain-damaged people who may give up their lives if they lose money. Life saving is more important than money saving. But for Xi Jinping and other very self-protected officials, how do they choose in between others' lives and their own money? It goes without saying that their own is more important than the others.

Some public opinion strongly protested that the epidemic situation in China has fallen rapidly, with even foreign dignitaries saying that China has gained two months time for the whole world, so the world should thank the Chinese Communist regime. Is it really so?

There is neither a vaccine nor a specific medicine for the pandemic caused by CODIV-19 virus from Wuhan. How can it decrease rapidly? It is the Communist regime that made the publicity that the epidemic in China has fallen. Should we believe a liar who has lied for years? It is understandable for foreigners to believe their governments, as their love of their houses, thus the crows on their roofs. But when the Chinese who have been deceived by the Communist Party for several generations still firmly believe in recidivists who lied all the time, what it should be called besides brain damaged?

The rapid development and spread of the Wuhan Pneumonia in its early stage was exactly the result of the Communist regime's concealment of the epidemic for two months. Nevertheless, the shamelessly Communist regime is saying that it gained two months time for the world, which is an important sign. This shows that the Communist regime and Xi Jinping are once again "directing and planning myself" (as stated by Xi Jinping) to cover up the truth. They even manipulated the statistics of the medical and health departments in an effort to fool the Chinese people back to work.

Large-scale population gathering after the resumption of work is a necessary condition for outbreaks of infectious diseases. This Wuhan Pneumonia has a super infectious capacity which is a natural condition for the outbreak. A large number of brain damaged and weakened Chinese have given up their vigilance, coupled with the regime's policy of sacrifice people's lives instead of money. As the natural and man-made conditions have been met for the re-emergence of the pandemic, it seems difficult to avoid this disaster by human calamity.

Fortunately, the Chinese people are quite smart. Having been dealing with the Communist regime for decades, they have long been less obedient. Where there are decrees and policies from the above, there are countermeasures, which are necessary conditions to reduce the disaster and for self-rescue. The average Chinese and lower officials have been using their ingenuity to resist the compulsory order to return to work. They have preserved the most important property and lives for themselves and their families. Thus they also have kept the essential confidence for the development of China after this pandemic.

Yet, it is a pity that there will still be a large number people with brain damage and mental retardation who believe the Communist's deceiving lies. Then it will enter the field of social Darwinism, which will be eliminated quickly. I don't know if this should be counted as a good thing or a bad thing.

武汉肺炎会再次爆发吗？

武汉肺炎会再次爆发吗？据媒体报道，国内外的许多专家都预测会在中国再次爆发，而且比上一次更严重。这个消息不仅对中国，对全世界都是个坏消息。

最近发生的甩锅大战，是征兆之一。习近平基于保住自己的地位的考虑，开始支使他的肉喇叭宣传机构，栽赃外国把病毒传到中国。除了网络上的五毛之外，包括外交部的发言人都开始参战。虽然说中共的外交官一代不如一代，但在事实如此清楚的前提下，作如此脑残的栽赃，不该是正常人的正常反应，应该是出自高层的脑残决定。

当然这个脑残行为其实不见得就真的是脑残。事出反常必为妖，这个妖就是为了忽悠国内老百姓里边的一大批脑残愤青。最近的武汉肺炎闹得群情激奋，怒火又集中在中共和习近平身上。以邻为壑把祸水外引，至少可以忽悠一大批脑残粉，减少共产党的压力。

这件事情证明了习近平领导下的中共，并没有把防止疫情扩散作为当务之急，并没有把人命看作第一重要，反而集中精力于政权保卫战，不惜牺牲老百姓的性命。心理压力减轻了，一部分人的警惕也必然下降。而这两者相互作用，是下一阶段疫情反复爆发的人祸条件。

最近中共正在全面强制复工挽救经济。专家们反复警告人群聚集会造成再一次的爆发，但中共在人命和经济之间选择了经济。因为小习的狗头军师们认为，经济垮了共产党就垮了，习近平就保不住他刚当上的皇帝了。所以保皇位比老百姓的人命重要，习近平当然选择经济。

一般人家里人生病了，就是砸锅卖铁也要先治病，除了少数舍命不舍财的脑残之外，保命比保财重要。可是对于自我保护非常好的习近平等官员来说，别人的命和自己的财怎么选呢？不言而喻，当然是自己重要。

有舆论强烈抗议说：中国的疫情已经快速下降了，连外国政要都说是中国为世界争取了两个月的时间，世界应该感谢共产党。果然如此吗？

既没有疫苗也没有特效药，怎么会快速下降呢？是中共在宣传疫情下降了。一个多年的惯骗说的话可信吗？外国人相信他们的政府，爱屋及乌受骗很正常。被骗了几代人的中国人还是坚定地相信诈骗惯犯，那不是脑残是什么呢？

武汉肺炎早期得以快速发展传播，正是共产党隐瞒疫情两个月所造成的后果。反而无耻地说是为世界争取了两个月的时间，这是个重要的征兆。这说明共产党和习近平又一次在大规模地“亲自指挥，亲自部署”来掩盖真相。他们甚至在医疗卫生部门的统计上做手脚，以忽悠老百姓复工。

复工以后的大规模人口聚集，是传染病暴发的必要条件。这次的武汉肺炎具有的超强传染能力，是疫情爆发的自然条件。一大批脑残和弱智放弃了警惕，再加上中共政策的舍命不舍财。疫情再次爆发的自然和人为的条件都具备了，人祸的灾难看来就很难避免了。

好在中国老百姓还是比较聪明的。和共产党在一起混了几十年，他们早就不那么听话了。上有政策，下有对策，是减灾自救的必备条件。各地民众和下级官员们，运用自己的聪明才智，八仙过海地各显神通抵制着复工的强制命令。他们为自己和家人保留了最重要的财产生命，也为疫情之后中国的发展，保留了一丝底气。

遗憾的是仍然会有一大批脑残粉和弱智，相信共产党的骗人的谎话。然后就进入了社会达尔文主义的范畴，即将爽快地被淘汰。不知道这算是好事还是坏事。
