Since the establishment of the P4 laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in concert between China and France in 2003, the two nations’ internal disputes have been constant. Many scholars objected to helping China establish this laboratory because of their concern of Chinese biological weapons research. Therefore, this laboratory was not officially opened until 2017. The Chinese also did not believe the French. On the one hand, the Chinese government bought up French politicians to endorse the project; on the other hand, it did not let the French companies construct that lab in accordance with the contract, in an effort to keep its secrets.

If it was only true medical research, although there might be secrets, one would not need to be so careful about secrecy. However, to directly reject the French supervisors from even entering the lab, then there was huge secrecy. What were the secrets? The French could only guess and cannot confirm. Besides illegally and secretly developing biochemical weapons, there seems to be no more reasonable argument. Now, there are scientists who are helping the Chinese Communist regime to cover and say that there are no biological or chemical weapons. Their main excuses are that there is no evidence, or there isn’t sufficient evidence, etc.

But there are some people who have crossed the line. A French virology expert even said that it is impossible to edit HIV genes into a SARS virus. However, since 2015, Chinese & American scholars have published many papers which prove that it is possible to splice viral genes, including the SARS virus and coronavirus from the bats. The authors of the papers include the team of Shi Zhengli from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The circle of virology research is not large. For a related scientist in the field to for years not notice such an important paper, it would be either intentionally concealing or the scientist does not deserve such a title. People suspect that these kinds of people are bought up to deliberately cover up the facts, and there should be good reasons.

Fortunately, not everyone will be bought. More and more scholars and experts are constantly collecting and exposing evidence. Even the Communist regime in China is formulating laws and regulations to supervise and limit research on biological sciences. This just shows that its research on biological and chemical weapons is getting out of control. This COVID-19 virus outbreak in Wuhan also frightened the senior officials of the Communist regime. It made them realize that biological and chemical weapons not only can be used to against others, but could also harm themselves. This case is not the same as the legal weapons the Communist regime is customarily uses. It is not a weapon in the general sense, but a demon that can defy the Communist regime itself.

However, Xi Jinping ’s “personal command and personal deployment” during this pandemic in China, including blaming the United States, continuing to conceal, etc., illustrates the Communists’ attempt to take advantage of this virus outbreak in the world and increase the rise of their power. Lies, rumors and slandering are the dirty tactics that have been effective for the Communist Party to use in China for the past 100 years. It is their habitual mode of thinking to disregard the life and death of the people for their purposes. It is their moral basis to treat all those who do not believe in the Communist cult as ants that can be eliminated.

But the world has awakened and the means of coping have sprung up like mushrooms. With just a few bought authorities, it is no longer possible to continue to cover up the truth. The troubles on their way will get bigger and bigger, until the Communist regime cannot cope, leading to its collapse. Further, it will also plague the Chinese people into disaster. The smartest thing now is not to continue to be an opportunist, but to honestly cooperate with the international community: find out the cause of this catastrophic accident, learnt this lesson, and work with the whole world to prevent the recurrence of like disasters. In this way, it may get people's understanding and will not lead to greater disaster.

However, I suspect that Xi Jinping will not resolve the disaster so honestly. With his arrogant mentality of power, and the fact that there is no greater pressure within the Communist Party and the people, why shouldn't he continue to take a chance and bet once more? Anyway, if he lost, it would be the Communist regime and the Chinese people who will bear the consequences; if he wins by chance, wouldn’t he be an emperor with a more stable position? In this situation, most of the leaders of the thugs will have this kind of mentality of gamblers. Only the poor innocent people have to bear all the consequences for them. Now, the Communist officials have already sent their wives, their children and their wallets abroad, but where could the ordinary Chinese hide?

自从2003年中法合作建立武汉四级实验室以来，他们内部的争议就不断。很多学者因为怀疑中国的生物武器研究，反对帮助中国建立这个实验室。所以这个实验室一直拖到2017年才正式启用。中国方面也不相信法国。一方面收买政客们为这个项目背书；一方面不按照合同由法国公司施工，以为这样就可以保守秘密。

如果是真正的医学研究，虽然也有秘密，但也不需要如此小心地保密措施吧。直接将法国的监督人员拒之门外，这里边的猫腻可就大了去了。究竟是什么秘密，法国人只能猜测，无法证实。除了不合法偷偷摸摸研制生化武器之外，好像没有更合理的说法了。现在帮中共打掩护说没有生化武器的一帮科学家们，主要的说辞也就是没有证据说明，或者证据不足，等等。

不过也有人捞过界了。法国一位病毒学专家竟然说，不可能把爱滋病毒基因拼接到萨斯病毒基因里。可是中美学者从2015年开始，就有不少论文证明已经可以把病毒基因进行拼接，其中包括萨斯病毒和蝙蝠冠状病毒。论文作者就包括武汉病毒研究所的石正丽团队。病毒学研究的圈子并不大，这么重要的论文，这么多年竟然没看见。如果不是尸位素餐，就是故意隐瞒。人们怀疑被收买故意掩盖事实，应该有充分的理由。

幸好不是所有人都会被收买。越来越多的学者专家正在不断收集和揭露出证据。就连中共也正在制定法律法规，监督和限制生化方面的研究。这正好说明中共的生化武器研究正在失控，这次的武汉肺炎爆发也把中共那些高官吓着了。这让他们认识到，生化武器不仅可以对付别人，也会危害到自己。这和中共习惯的法律武器论不一样，不是一般意义上的武器，而是一把可以反噬自己的妖孽。

然而习近平亲自指挥、亲自部署的行为，包括甩锅美国、继续隐瞒等等，说明中共试图借这个病毒肆虐世界的机会，搞他们的什么大国崛起。撒谎、造谣、诬蔑和栽赃，是中共百年来行之有效的肮脏手法。为了他们的目的不顾人民死活，是他们的习惯性思维模式。把所有不信他们邪教的都当做可以消灭的蝼蚁，是他们的道德基础。

但是世界已经觉醒，应对的手段如雨后春笋般不断涌现。仅仅靠几个被收买的权威，已经不可能继续掩盖真相了。后边的麻烦会越来越大，直到中共无法应对，导致崩溃。并且还会连累中国老百姓陷入灾难之中。现在最聪明的做法不是继续投机取巧，而是老老实实地和国际社会合作：找出这次灾难性事故的原因，接受这次的教训，和全世界一起防止灾难的再次发生。这样也许能得到人们的谅解，不至于导致更大的灾难。

不过我估计习近平不会这样老老实实地化解灾难。以他自以为权势滔天的心态，再加上党内和民间都没有更大的压力，他为什么不继续抱着侥幸心理，再赌一把呢？反正输了也是党国和百姓承担后果；如果侥幸赢了呢，他这个皇帝不就当得更稳当了吗？独夫民贼们在这种局面下，大多都会有这种赌徒心态，只可怜无辜的老百姓要替他们承担所有的后果。当官的已经把老婆、孩子和钱包送到了国外，老百姓们往哪儿躲呢？
