The second issue of the "Wei Jingsheng’s Messages" videos was premiered on YouTube on Dec. 5, 2021. The link to the video is:

The video shows for the first time the complete set of names and photos of the "Wei Jingsheng Chinese Democracy Champion Prize" awardees from the past 18 years. In the video, Wei Jingsheng not only talks about Ms. Zhang Zhan and her hunger strike, who has just won the 18th "Wei Jingsheng Chinese Democracy Champion Prize," but also reviews his own hunger strike sufferings in Chinese prisons. Wei also talks about the support for Chinese democracy and human rights from the past decades, including from international friends such as Speaker Nancy Pelosi of the US Congress who even personally presented the "Wei Jingsheng Democracy Champion Prize" and supported the winners. In the video, Wei also mentions Liu Xiaobo, who was "made dead" while in prison, and encourages the Chinese people to stand up bravely and fight for freedom and democracy for themselves. . .
